Queridos amigos, mis ninhos, mis amigos de DreamTime Circus y yo hemos pasado tanto este pasado marzo que seria muy dificil escribirlo todo...mina de oro se lleno de color y arte circense por varias semanas y la cancha de futbol frente a mi casa sirvio de escenario para la premiere del nuevo show de Dream Time Circus. Fuimos su primer show en Peru y el inicio de su tour. Ver las caras de mis ninos durante su show al aire libre fue recordar la maravilla del circo en el que naci, y ver nuevamente los ojos de todos chicos y grandes prendidos del color y arte que trae el Circo cuando llega a algun pueblo. Para mi estos dias fueron como retornar a mi infancia circense y ayudar a que la audiencia se eleve ligera y libre de todas esas emociones y problemas que aveces pesan tanto que ahogan la risa y la divercion. No podria describir lo importante que es para mi el arte y poderlo traer a mi pueblo a traves de estos maravillosos amigos de Dreamtimes significa todo para mi. Gracias a mis queridos amigos de Dreamtime por llegar hasta aqui y ayudarme a mantener y propagar el color, la risa y el arte....
Dear friends of the world, the month of march was SOOOO full of color, work, laughter, dificulties, friendship, love, arte that I could not begin to tell you about it all but what I can say is that my community was filled with color and art for a few weeks and was lucky to have the DreamTime Circus crew kick off its Peru tour right here in Mina De Oro. For me seeing my kids's eyes smile and shine whenever they saw our circus friends rehearse meant the world to me....Art has the power to heal, lift, educate, transform, affect....art means freedom to me and for all the days the DTC guys were here I saw my kids lift up and become light...the weight of so many not so colorful things just left them as they experienced the wonderful world of circus arts......I could not thank the DreamtimeCircus troupe enough for coming and helping me make an internal and integral statement to my community at large about the power of arts and the importance of human interaction with invaluable spirits who come from all walks of life....Gracias DTC...los quiero mucho!
