Good Day World! What a week! details, details, and more details! This week, we have been rendering, throwing mud, and focusing on all the little things that matter A LOT! As always, unforgettable memories were also created this week, among the most special to me are, the moment I got to show Manuel his first bathroom/toilet in his 96 years of life!! this was a momentous ocassion for me, and both he and I were VERY happy! We also celebrated thanksgiving day this week...Andy, and Ines did all the cooking with help from Roger, Emily, Max, Jeannine, Abel and I. Needless to say, dinner was DELICIOUS and the best part of all for me was being able to share the deliciousness with my kids who joined us for dinner. Sharing this great meal with volunteers and my kids was very nice, and watching everyone enjoy themselves together was even nicer! Definitely a thing to be thankful for!
Buen Dia amigos del mundo! Buen dia mis amores regados por tantos pueblos! buen dia mis vitales hermanos! buen dia esencial madre mia! buen dia mis sobrinos y sobrinas, oxigeno para mis dias! buen dia mis amigos-hermanos que conocen mi esencia y me guardan en su amor, lealtad y risa! buen dia a los amigos que se han sumado a mis esfuerzos y a mi sueno nada imposible de mejorar el mundo! buen dia a mis amigos que aun no he conocido y que estan ya en camino hacia mi vida! Esta semana los generosos muchachos que ven en esta foto y yo, hemos tarrajeado paredes, tirado barro, y nos hemos enfocado en las cosas pequenas que siempre cuentan y mucho! Como todas las semanas momentos inolvidables no podian faltar...para mi esta semana fue muy especial por que pude mostrarle a Manuel su primer bano/toilet! Quisas sea apropiado contarles que Manuel y Rosaura jamas han tenido agua en su casa, que jamas han tenido un inodoro/toilet, o una ducha....me emociono ahora al pensar en que Manuel no tendra que cargar baldes de agua de ahora en adelante, y que la vida para el y su esposa, aunque un poquito diferente, sera tambien un poquito mas facil.
Going back to the details talk, I must admit that patience has never been a virtue of mine, and that a great desire to give Manuel and Rosaura their home, so that they can start living again in their space as they wish, makes the wait hard to take.....but, I am making my best effort, and if all goes well, in less than 15 days, Rosaura y Manuel will have their house!!! now, i have to go back to the house to help the guys prime/paint the walls, move rubble and make mud....until next time!!! when hopefully, Manuel and Rosaura's house will be very very very close to being done. Enjoy your days....laugh and find adventures worth living!!! hugs and tons of good energy to you world! Otro momento maravilloso fue este pasado jueves...los muchachos y yo celebramos el dia de accion de gracias en mi casa...Andy y Ines fueron los responsables de la cena pero claro todos ayudaron a crearla. La cena estuvo DELICIOSA, pero lo que hizo para mi la cena super especial, fue poderla compartir con mis amados ninos...todos disfrutaron la cena, el postre, y estar juntos pasando esta noche tan linda con los ninos!
Regresando a los detalles...la verdad es que la paciencia jamas ha sido una de mis virtudes, y tener tantos detalles que cuidar y terminar ahora no hacen la espera facil....tengo muchas ganas ya de darles su casita a mis viejitos y dejarles vivir de nuevo en ella como a ellos les gusta...pero ya falta poco.....todos estamos trabajando para que la casita se termine bien...sin omitir algun paso importante....bueno...les dejo ya por que tengo que regresar a la casa a ayudar a los muchachos a poner imprimante en las paredes, mover adobes y hacer barro....asi que, hasta la proxima vez.....les dejo a todos un abrazo, mucha energia...y mis ganas de que disfruten sus momentos, rian mucho...y vivan aventuras que valen la pena vivir......Y si alguno de ustedes puede y quiere hacer una donacion, yo aun necesito ayuda para terminar esta casa...asi que si desean donar, escribanme por favor a osnel@hotmail.com.....les agradecere mucho su ayuda....abrazossss....y hasta muy pronto mundo!!!!
